This information may be used for customer administration / support and  marketing.

Some of our websites carry advertising  from highly respectable advertisers only, with whom we are part of affiliate programs or from companies personally known to us. However we do not carry any responsibility for the contents of the advertisers own websites or any links from those sites or for any goods purchased or contracts entered into of any kind with any of these advertisers. We do not form part of the chain of supply except for goods purchased from and directly invoiced by us. We cannot be held responsible for any information gathered about customers by any advertiser using an LJB Services website which the customer subsequently visits and customers should satisfy themselves of the sites policies before releasing any personal information.

Spamming - We do not indulge in or encourage the sending of bulk unsolicited e-mails and thoroughly condemns such practices. Any company advertising on any LJB Services website found to be indulging in spamming will have their advertisements immediately and permanently removed and will not be allowed to re-advertise.

We do not accept or allow any advertisements or site content of an unsuitable, pornographic or illegal nature. Any company advertising on any LJB website who subsequently is found to incorporate such content in their site will have their advertisements immediately and permanently removed and will not be allowed to re-advertise.

Where this information contains personal or business contact names or details, the submitter must indemnify LJB Services from any and all consequential effects or damages ensuing from the misuse of such details and information. Where there is an e-mail link included we cannot be held responsible for any e-mails transmitted via this link or the contents of same and the submitter must also indemnify LJB Services from any and all consequential effects or damages ensuing from any information transmitted via this link. Furthermore the submitter must be aware that any photographs or other information published on websites can be freely copied, edited and re-used by Internet viewers and we cannot be held responsible for any or all consequential effects or damages ensuing from the use or misuse of such photographs. The submitter must satisfy him / herself on these points.

Our websites are hosted on servers owned by reputable third party companies who provide a high standard of service, reliability and technical backup. However, technical problems can arise for reasons outwith normal control and servers will from time to time have maintenance and upgrading work done on them and for short periods websites may not be available for viewing, which will also occur when the websites themselves are being updated. LJB Services cannot be held responsible for any periods of downtime, or the effects thereof, which will, through all reasonable and practical measures, be kept to the absolute minimum.

We reserve the right to reject any materials submitted for publication or any advertiser if it is thought to be of unsuitable standard or contain unsuitable material or for any other reason. LJB Services decision on such rejection shall be final and irrevocable.
